	Maria A college student out for a hike, finds herself in a strange world, not her own. A glowing trilobite pendant has come into her possession and trouble follows it and her. Chased by ferocious meat-eating dinosaurs she finds help from a talking horse and a horned bipedal wolf creature. EdenSphere is full of adventure, beauty, and majesty as well as terrible danger. Beautiful creatures, some fantastical, some supposed to be extinct, cross her path at every turn.
	Farfalla A beautiful white Arabian mare with a cyan jewel on her forehead. She posses the power of speech as well as agility and endurance far beyond any horse Maria has every met. Farfalla is of the Horse People, one of the two major sentient tribes that inhabit EdenSphere.
	Silverfoot A mystic and shaman from the Wolfen Clan, the other major tribe of EdenSphere. She and Farfalla seem to know more than anyone what the mysterious trilobite pendant means and why Maria has found herself in their world.
	Eto A small archaeopteryx creature, pet to Silverfoot, sent to safeguard Maria and warn of impending danger.
	DáNeth Once a strong brave stallion of the Horse People, DáNeth has ascended and been transformed into something beyond and none are sure were his allegiances may lie.
	SoftWing An owl-deer chimera, gentle guardian of forest mysteries, whose role in this story has yet to be disclosed.
